MAJOR HAVOC DEDICATED CABINET AND SPARE PARTS

Note:  All parts below are made within original Atari specification and will fit OEM equipment.  In other words, the individual components below will mount to an original dedicated Major Havoc cabinet as well as the reproduction cabinet made by RAM Controls.  These parts are not manufactured, intended or tested to mount to any other cabinets (unless otherwise noted), only the reproduction cabinet made by RAM Controls and the OEM cabinet made by Atari. 

Steel frame with precision laser cutouts and zinc plating, stainless steel shafts, stainless steel encoder wheel, stainless steel fasteners, hard anodized black aluminum top plate, translucent roller (made by OEM), lamp assembly mounted underneath, Happ Controls encoder board.

Includes mounting hardware (four #10-24 stainless steel carriage bolts with black oxide coating, four stainless steel locknuts) and two spare lamps.

Major Havoc 2-1/4" Wide T-Molding

Wide 2.25” t-molding for dedicated Major Havoc and 720 cabinets.  This is an exact reproduction made from the same plastic material and the same “profile” as the original.  We used the original Atari plastic extrusion die tooling to manufacture this part.  This is a drop in replacement which is 100% compatible with both reproduction cabinet and OEM cabinet.  Note:  Price includes 8’ of material.

Steel and aluminum control panel with precision laser cutouts and powder coating.  This is a drop in replacement which is 100% compatible with both reproduction cabinet and OEM cabinet.  Note:  Price does not include artwork.

Attraction glass (marquee) for dedicated Major Havoc cabinet.  Made from tempered glass with artwork reverse silk screened onto back and sealed with clear acrylic, this part is within OEM specifications.  Unlike the "translite" counterpart, these marquees will not fade or yellow over time.  These are drop in replacements which are 100% compatible with both reproduction cabinet and OEM cabinet.

Reverse screened onto .010" polycarbonate, textured matte finish with 3M adhesive backing.  Made from original Atari artwork, colored matched to Atari spec.  Die cut from original Atari specification as well.  This is a modern day (superior) equivalent to the OEM decal.  Artwork is completely matched to OEM spec.

Cabinet constructed of high grade particle board and baltic birch, cut on precision CNC router.  Steel and aluminum components are precision laser cut and powder coated.  Artwork is made from original OEM films and 100% color matched to original Atari specification.  Reproduction controller is compatible with OEM control panel, using upgraded materials.  Wire harness is custom made using upgraded materials and is within original Atari specification.  This cabinet is complete, minus the CPU board.

Aluminum speaker grills for dedicated Major Havoc cabinets.  Parts are extruded, laser cut, machined and powder coated.  We used the original Atari aluminum extrusion die tooling to manufacture this part.  This is a drop in replacement which is 100% compatible with both reproduction cabinet and OEM cabinet.  Note:  Price includes both sides (Left/Right)

Aluminum lower speaker grill for dedicated Major Havoc cabinets.  Grill is laser cut and powder coated.  This is a drop in replacement which is 100% compatible with both reproduction cabinet and OEM cabinet.

Amplifone High Voltage board which is identical to original HV board made by Amplifone.  Will work with any Atari game which uses the Amplifone color XY vector monitor (Star Wars Cockpit, Major Havoc Dedicated).  Made within specifications of OEM boards, it has also been upgraded with recently made components.  This is a drop in replacement which is 100% compatible with both reproduction cabinet and OEM cabinet.

Amplifone Deflection board which is identical to original deflection board made by Amplifone.  Will work with any Atari game which uses the Amplifone color XY vector monitor (Star Wars Cockpit, Major Havoc Dedicated).  Made within specifications of OEM boards, it has also been upgraded with recently made components.  This is a drop in replacement which is 100% compatible with both reproduction cabinet and OEM cabinet.

Audio/Regulator II power supply board which is identical to original ARII board made by Atari.  Will work with any Atari game which uses the A035435-04 board (Major Havoc, Gravitar, Quantum, Space Duel, Tempest, etc).   Made within specifications of OEM boards, it has also been upgraded with recently made components.  This is a drop in replacement which is 100% compatible with both reproduction cabinet and OEM cabinet.

Custom made transformer assembly.  Will work with any Atari game which uses the A035435-02 board (Star Wars, Tempest, Gravitar, Major Havoc, Black Widow, etc).  Made within specifications of OEM power supply brick, it has also been upgraded with recently made components from OEM suppliers.  This is essentially an OEM part.  This is a drop in replacement which is 100% compatible with both reproduction cabinet and OEM cabinet.

Main wire harness for dedicated Major Havoc.  Made with upgraded materials.  This is a drop in replacement which is 100% compatible with both reproduction cabinet and OEM cabinet.

Control panel wire harness for dedicated Major Havoc.  Made with upgraded materials.  This is a drop in replacement which is 100% compatible with both reproduction cabinet and OEM cabinet.

Custom made reproduction Amplifone medium resolution CRT.  Will work with any Atari game which uses the Amplifone color XY vector monitor (Star Wars Cockpit, Major Havoc Dedicated).  Made within specifications of OEM tubes, it has also been upgraded with recently made components.  The yoke is included.  This is a drop in replacement which is 100% compatible with both reproduction cabinet and OEM cabinet.  Includes mounting brackets.  Note: tube will require convergence. 

Upper and lower retainers for monitor glass (shield) and attraction glass (marquee).  Made from steel and powder coated, these parts are within OEM specifications.  This will work on the following cabinets: Major Havoc, Retrurn of the Jedi, Firefox and I, Robot.  These are drop in replacements which are 100% compatible with both reproduction cabinet and OEM cabinet.

Monitor glass (shield) for dedicated Major Havoc cabinet. Made from tempered glass, this part is within OEM specifications.  This will work on the following cabinets: Major Havoc, Retrurn of the Jedi, Firefox and I, Robot.   These are drop in replacements which are 100% compatible with both reproduction cabinet and OEM cabinet.

Rear door hinges for dedicated Major Havoc cabinet.  Custom made from steel, laser cut and powder coated.  An exact match for OEM hinges made by Atari.  Price includes two hinges.
